Well, here it goes again… I just found another good place, I should hear back tomorrow by noon about it. Once again, there’s competition for it, but I may be able to achieve something with negotiation on it.

*sigh* Ah, the joys of apartment-hunting…

I have no idea how much you’re looking to spend, but the 2 bedroom, 1500 sqft condo with garage, washer dryer, soaking tub, 2.5 bathrooms, additional “library” room and back yard (mostly deck) that David and I currently live in will be available starting July 20th. The place rents for $1800 a month…so it’s on the expensive side. But it is totally worth it. I wouldn’t be leaving it if we weren’t moving out of state.
