  5. I find it utterly fascinating that so many people in the Justice Dept and the Defense Department cannot seem to exist without haivng some enemy that needs to be fought on a continual basis.
    At the end of the cold war, it was like they had a midlife crisis, and latched onto new things to wage war against, such as drugs and terrorism.
    I don’t get it.
